

Ian Dyason has been a trainer and consultant for many organisations for the past 12 years. He is the Managing Director for Alpha-Numeracy Pte Ltd, which wholly owns the business units A I Training & Consulting (www.TopCompetencies.com) and Claritage Consulting. Ian has facilitated strategic planning sessions for Fortune 500 companies as well as government agencies for over 7 years using various methodologies to create newness in thinking and to question assumptions.
Ian is the Master Trainer for the Clarity State Decision Making™ methodology in Asia. This is a programme developed by MIT-Sloan Business School and helps decision makers look at the strategic nature of decisions and to help them make the right decision every time. In addition, Ian is a Senior Buzan Instructor since 2001 and a certified SHL user in the application of behavioural competency assessments for leadership and management development. He is also an accredited DISC trainer.
Ian is also a Certified Master Coach with the International Coaching Council (ICC) and has been coaching management teams and individuals in areas of strategic decision-making, career development and change management since 2004. Ian is skilled in managing difficult situations, bringing clarity to issues and paving the way to greater performance. He has consulted for Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd since 2007, providing coaching and training solutions for the Asset Directorate on major change matters. Ian has also worked with NUS staff since 2005, providing decision coaching for managers and directors for the last 3 years.
Ian was previously in the Ministry of Defense for twelve years from 1984 to 1996. He holds the rank of Major and is a Key Appointment Holder in the NS establishment.
Ian graduated from the National University of Singapore 1990 with a Bachelor of Engineering on a full government scholarship and from the University of Leicester, UK in 1996 with a Master of Business Administration. Among other experiences, Ian has held executive directorships in several companies from 1996 to 2000 before focusing of training & development in 2001.

Agatha is the Director for Alpha-Numeracy Pte Ltd (ANPL), the parent company of Claritage Consulting. She has been involved in training and development since the inception of ANPL in 2000 which she had set up with the acquisition of another on-going concern. Her actions had helped turn around the company, setting it up as a premier executive training company in Singapore. The company has since then been offering programmes in China, Indonesia and Brunei.
Agatha has also been instrumental in positioning the company as one of the foremost Mind Mapping® service providers, to Tony Buzan’s pride and delight. Agatha has had more than 12 years of teaching experience prior to setting up the company. In addition to holding the license for the Clarity State Decision Making training, she also has advanced certifications in education and development.

Hwee Ling graduated from National University of Singapore in 1990 with a second upper honours degree in electrical engineering and in 1994 from the University of New South Wales with a Master of Information Science.
Hwee Ling has had more than 14 years’ experience in the IT industry, particularly in customer support, project management, practice development & consultancy, e-learning research and operations quality assurance. Hwee Ling has a deep passion for training and development, leading adults in expanding their horizons with the Core Values Programme since 2005 and, more recently, as senior lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, grooming the leaders of the next generation.

Lip Wei is a supply chain professional with 17 years of exceptional track record across procurement, customer service, sales planning, logistics, operations and engineering functions. His most recent leadership experience has been in senior positions of procurement where he is responsible for policy-making, change management, strategy and operations. He has also represented his companies in forums on Spend Management and eProcurement, as well as, government meetings on matters related to Supply Chain best practices.
An MBA and Engineering graduate from the National University of Singapore, Lip Wei lectures during his spare time for the Singapore Institute for Purchasing & Materials Management on purchasing subjects and for in-house Kepner Tregoe clients on Problem Solving & Decision Making skills.

Catherine brings with her over 15 years of extensive experience in brand strategy, brand management, marketing and advertising skills across various industries including OSIM, Far East Organisation, Fuji Film, Pernod Ricard Asia and Yeo Hiap Seng Ltd. She has consulted for Spring Singapore, NTUC, MPA, PSC, MOE, IDA, NCSS, Brands, Raffles & Swissotel, Ajinomoto, Times Publishing Ltd and Kao, among others. Catherine has taught in Nanyang Business School‘s MBA class on Strategic Brand Management, National Institute of Education (NIE) to educational leaders and is currently a part-time lecturer with Nanyang Polytechnic teaching working adults. She holds a BBA degree from National University of Singapore majoring in Marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Richard Christopher has held several senior management positions over the past 16 years in various organisations, most recently as VP & Hd Strategic Marketing Division in UOB and VP & Retail Business Manager in SGX. Prior to strategic management, Richard has held several portfolios in CreAds, Grey Ads and Batey Ads. With a BA in Economics from Massey University in New Zealand, he has been very active in training and development as a consultant with Strategic Management Group (SMG) since 2005. He is also a certified Master NLP Practitioner.
