This one-day session works with teams to propel them to make pivotal decisions that will impact on the long-term effectiveness of the organisation. Team members will learn by doing, applying the Clarity State Decision Making methodology “live” in arriving at the best decision for their situation. Teams will be guided to define their decision clearly, producing the valuable single-page Decision Map (see below).They will use this map to guide their thinking, exploring the key concerns of the options, identifying any intuitive blockages, taking on opposing (and sometimes, contentious) sides of the situation to force a different viewpoint. This will help them build new vistas of their situation, opening up innovative new options that may prove the lynchpin of the decision.
