Clarity State Decision-Making™ Half Day Senior Executive Programme
The Clarity State Decision-Making™ programme was originally developed for senior management. Research for the book, The Right Decision Every Time: How to get clarity on tough decisions, upon which this programme is based, focused on decision difficulties of seasoned CEOs in the US. What MIT-Sloan Visiting Scholar Luda Kopeikina found out was that most of the hindrances to decision clarity fell into one of five main areas: lack of clear objectives, constraints and perspectives; and difficulty in choosing between options and managing emotions. Addressing these concerns, the Clarity State Decision Making methodology leads the leader to arrive at the right decision.
Senior Executives’ Programme
Held in the executive club of a prestigious hotel, the Senior Executives’ Programme is an exclusive course on how to get decision clarity fast. Understanding the need for a concise and focused thrust, senior executives will first be given a helicopter view of the methodology over breakfast; and then be taken down into the crux of the matter with a case, developing the one-page Decision Map along the way; concluding with a discussion on its use for the organisation. The programme ends with lunch.
About this programme
This is one of the most comprehensive programmes on decision-making, developed by one of the top business schools in the world, MIT-Sloan as researched by Sloan Visiting Scholar, Luda Kopeikina. Ms Kopeikina is not a researcher in the true sense of the word; she was in fact ranked by Interactive Weekly in 1998 as one of the top 20 CEOs in a US public technology company for her performance and total return to shareholders. With this industry perspective, the results of her research led her to formulate a decision technology that will yield The Right Decision Every Time, the title of her book published by Prentice Hall.
